Nokia 5.1 Specifications leaked on TENAA

Nokia 5.1 Specifications leaked on TENAA

Nokia now run by HMD Globals have risen all the way from the bottom when they launched their one of the devices in 2017 (Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6). These smartphones did not go well in the smartphone industry but this sent an indirect message to all the people in this world that Nokia is back in the smartphone game. Since then, Nokia has been trying to prove their point by putting all their efforts to make their devices better and understandable to users.

Nokia then launched Nokia 8, Nokia 7 and Nokia 7 Plus in hope that people would love these flagship premium smartphones and to some extent, this happened. And now, Nokia is in the position to launch devices one by one and acquire their users since they have a great brand reputation from the early days of 1990s.

As far as I know, Nokia 5 didn't do that much well in the markets since the price in Indian markets was set to Rs. 12999/- but with the same pricing, there were many other smartphones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Xiaomi Mi A1, etc. who were very much convenient and better than this one. I won't say Nokia 5 totally flopped because it had a huge hype for some days but was later overshadowed by other multi starter smartphones.

Now, Nokia has understood what mistakes they had done earlier and inspired from that, they have planned to launch Nokia 5.1 with better specifications so they could acquire some users in Indian as well as foreign markets. So, according to TENAA, we have some sort of leaked specifications of Nokia 5.1

Leaked Specifications of Nokia 5.1

  • 5.86 inches display
  • 720x1520 pixels TFT Display
  • Octa-Core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC or Helio P18)
  • 3GB/4GB or 6GB RAM
  • USB Type-C Port
  • 32GB or 64GB microSD card supported
  • 13MP Dual rear camera
  • 8MP Front Camera
  • No 3.5mm headphone jack
  • 3000 mAH Battery

It is still yet hard to believe whether Nokia is planning for Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC in this era where Snapdragon 636 SoC is implemented everywhere. I don't think these specifications were the mid-range killer and they could convince any other user to feel the same. However, how does this seem to you?
