  1. Connect the external hard drive to your MAC PC
  2. Now connect your iPhone X to your MAC PC
  3. Open image capture on your MAC
  4. Click on the iPhone icon on the sidebar
  5. Select all the photos you want to transfer
  6. Click on the destination drop-down menu
  7. Click on other
  8. Find and click on the external hardware you want to transfer the photos to
  9. Click on choose
  10. Click on import
