Sony Xperia XZ1 Leaked| Features| Specifications| Price| Availability| My Opinion

Sony Xperia is sitting silent from a few days, but leakers have made a noise on behalf of them and the reason is obviously hillarious. Sony Xperia XZ1 images are now leaked on internet and this shows the smartphone is very fashionable and can become one of the best in terms of design and display. Let's see ahead in this article:

Sony's IFA Press Conference:

Sony’s IFA press conference will take place on August 31, when the company will announce the Xperia XZ1, among a few other devices. Last week, a CAD render video of the upcoming smartphone was released by OnLeaks. Now, what appear to be official press images of the handset have also popped up online, leaving little to the imagination.

Sony Xperia XZ1 Leaked Images:

  • The Xperia XZ1 will come in at least two color options: black and pink.

  • In terms of design, the smartphone doesn’t offer anything new or exciting, as it kind of looks like a lot of other Xperia devices.

  • It has quite large bezels on the top and bottom that make the device look a bit dated, especially when compared to the Samsung Galaxy S8, Essential Phone, and other bezel-less devices.

Leaked/ Rumored Specifications for Xperia XZ1:

  • The Xperia XZ1 is said to arrive with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and should be powered by the Snapdragon 835 chipset.
  • There’s only a single camera on the back that will reportedly sport a 19 MP sensor and could be capable of capturing both 4K and 960fps slow motion video.

  • Rumors also suggest the device will offer 4 GB of RAM
  • It might also contain a 12 MP selfie snapper
  • a 3,000 mAh battery
  • dual front-facing speakers
  • a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Expected Price:

In terms of price, leaker Roland Quandtreports that the handset will set you back £599 in the UK, which translates to around $765. This definitely isn’t cheap, although the US price will likely be lower than the one in the UK, as it usually is.

My Opinion:

Of course, this time, the specifications and the design lookd decent but wait. That's not all. The smartphone might come with Android Nougat which is not acceptable now, when Android Oreo is launched. Also, there is side- mounted fingerprint sensor which definitetly makes a person uncomfortable. Now the main thing is price, which is way too high.

At this range, it won't even compete with OnePlus 5. So, let's all wait for this smartphone to launch and know its exact price. According to me, this smartphone could work if its price would be approx Rs.40000 (somewhere $500).
