LEGO Star Wars II follows the Rebel Alliances battle to dismantle the Galactic Empire and rebuild a galaxy in pieces. From Darth Vaders pursuit of Princess Leia aboard her blockade runner to a showdown on the reconstructed Death Star, the game includes even more of the family-friendly LEGO action. The sequel finally allows you to build with your LEGO blocks, as a new Free Play mode allows gamers to customize the vehicles for new ship designs, as well as Free Play all of the playable characters (over 100 in total) by mixing and matching body parts, forming the likes of Stormbacca, Chew Vader and Leia Wan Kenobi. Other additions include cool new character-specific attacks and maneuvers, Power Brick items, playable mini-kit vehicles, an improved two-player camera, a greater challenge for advanced players, and more.

The surprise hit of 2005 makes its PSP debut in LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy. As the title suggests, the storyline focuses on the first three films in the Star Wars saga. Players will choose from a variety of LEGOized characters as they attempt to end the Galactic Empire's tyrannical reign. The PSP version closely follows the action and look found in both the console and computer versions, adding some exclusive features to further entice handheld owners. As players progress through familiar movie scenes in the story mode, they can unlock more than 50 characters and share them with nearby friends via wireless connection. Exclusive to the PSP version is a special challenge mode to go along with the story and "free play" modes. The challenge mode features timed levels in which players race to collect five character pieces before the clock runs out.
